My Makeup Brush Set Gold Oval Brushes + GIVEAWAY

by

Oval brushes have been all over social media for months and months! Their unique shape had me so curious. I always like to try new things especially if they have the possibility to change the makeup game! I went back and forth about buying them for months lol. They’re like toothbrushes for your face!

I found these gems through Instagram! This set is the 10 piece Metallic Gold Oval Brush Set! A brand called My Makeup Brush Set created their own line of oval brushes. The cool thing about them is they offer different colors and style of oval brushes. Now you might want to sit down for the price of this set….. $39.99!! That’s right, you can get the WHOLE set for about $40! Crazy or what!?!?

I was a bit skeptical thinking, “Ok so what’s the catch?” I have one Artis oval brush that I bought for $60. This set is only $40… Hmmmm…. I took the leap and bought them anyway. I love gold anything so this set was right up my alley.

I’m so glad I bought them! I absolutely love them! They are so soft and blend out everything so smoothly! Since I do have the Artis Oval 7 brush I can say there is no difference but in the price. Honestly, My Makeup Brush Set has more designs to offer so if you’re looking to buy some I would go check out their website

Here are what each brush can be used for (not limited to just these uses, you can use any brush however you want as long as it works for you!):

1 & 10: Lip finish, eye shadow and concealer

2, 8, & 9: Eye shadow, brow color, eyeliner, concealer and contour

3, 4 & 7: Blush, contour, foundation, bronzing, concealer and setting powder

5 & 6: Foundation, bronzing and setting powder

I used #5 brush to apply my foundation. It’s my favorite for foundation because it’s so big it makes applying foundation quick and leaves it looking airbrushed! Next I used #7 brush for my concealer! It get right under my eye and blends out the concealer so smoothly! For contour I used #4. It’s the perfect size and creates a sharp edge for a fleeky contour. Or a soft contour for a more natural look! To contour my nose I used the #8 brush, it makes creating those lines down the bridge of your nose so easy. I used the #10 brush to apply my eye primer! These are just some examples of how I used them!

These brushes are amazing and I’m loving how easy they make applying your makeup. They’re affordable and super freakin’ cute!

I’m grateful for everyone who has commented on my posts and subscribed so to show my appreciation I’m giving away a 10 piece Gold Oval brush set! They are gold just like mine with the exception that they have a black rubber handle!

Consider on your next blog giving some tips on haircare. Your hair looks so healthy, I would like to know what your routine is, what your recommendations are to keep it looking so healthy! I have a little bit of hair and it’s so thin that it burns easily so I’m always looking for a hair tips.
